Ayurvedic application method: Warm in the hands first, then apply all over the body for a nourishing action. For a relaxing action, concentrate on areas that are tense. 

May be used as an oil bath for hair on a weekly basis. 

For adult use only. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Avoid the eye contour, in the event of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly. Rinse hands after applying.
